Chiller Water Technology
Synergy Chiller Water technology uses a 100% green and non-chemical method to control fouling.
This is one of the best method for water treatment in a chiller system. To achieve this we use the Electronic Descaler techology which has been recommended from the US government to control this problem. Electronic Descaler is a non-chemical treatment method that makes use of induced oscillating electric fields to electronically control scale producing dissolved calcium ions. The additional benefits of a non-chemical treatment is a more environmentally friendly approach.

Control Scaling: |
Make use of induced oscillating electric fields to electronically control calcium carbonate scale. |
Control Corrosion: |
When current is applied, an induced magnetic field is generated in the solution. Scaling is controlled and the risk of under deposit corrosion is minimized.
When current is stopped, the calcium carbonate will stop dissolving, allowing a protective layer of scale to form over potential points of corrosion.
For certain cases depending on chemistry of water, the magnetic field can allow black rest (Fe3O4) to be form on steel surface to control further corrosion.
