Our Mission
To design, build and operate water and wastewater treatment plants incorporating proprietary Ultra-Filtration Nano Filtration and Reverse Osmosis and sell the water produced or recycled on long term contracts to owners of Industries, Commercial Buildings, Resorts, Malls and Hotels.
Our Business Model
Design, Build, Operate and Own (DBOO) in our Water Business is based on the concept whereby Synergy Water undertakes the role of an alternative Water Resource Supplier so that the Client does not need to rely on the Municipality only for supply of clean water.
Synergy Water will design and build the water treatment plant with our own financial resources, install the plant in our Client’s premises, operate and maintain the plant with out own personnel and dispense good quality water to our Client, charging on the basis of cubic meter of water consumed.
A long term contract to supply quality water will be established at a certain pre-determined quantity, quality and rate. Within the period of the contract, the Client is committed to receive water at an agreed rate and quantity per day. Synergy Water is committed to supply this quantity at a certain agreed quality with random tests (third party laboratory) carried out to determine such quality.
The Concept is a win/win for both the Client and Synergy Water. The Client has no additional scope of works but saves money.
